We’re not magicians, but we are speedy. Our packages have specific turn around times but we always try to deliver sooner than expected. Motion graphics videos 2-3 weeks, Constant Creative System Set Up 2-3 Weeks, stand alone design requests 1-3 days

Our first project is a stand alone, 1 time project for a set fee. You can learn more about pricing on our service pages or request and estimate here. Projects are priced on a per project basis or for Constant Content quarterly retainers.

Our process typically involves [insert number of steps] steps:

  2. Proposal and quote submission.
  3. Project kickoff and design phase.

  5. Final review and delivery of the project. We ensure constant communication with you throughout the process.

We understand that revisions are part of the creative process. MediaLuv defines a set number revisions in our initial quote but most projects include unlimited revisions. If our agreement includes a set number of revisions, additional revisions after that point will be an additional cost. You will have the chance to approve before any work is done. We always try to minimize revisions and keep an open dialogue with you when it comes to project costs. 

You will receive high resolution files and source files for any project we work on together. JPGS, Vectors, Premiere Files, After Effects files, we’ve got you covered. 

Yes, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work on your project. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion. Payment details and terms will be outlined in our initial proposal. For constant content, we bill monthly or quarterly. 

We value your feedback, but most of all we value your time, so we use collaboration tools that allow you to leave notes on the go, no phone calls needed. We use Redbooth for project management, Markup for design notes, and for video notes. A quick feedback process is one of the keys to completing projects quickly.
